What is the difference between SDSL and ADSL?

What is the difference between SDSL and ADSL?

A: The major difference between the two protocols is the bandwidth (capacity) allocated to the downstream (download) and upstream (upload) channels. SDSL has higher upstream (upload) rates when compared to ADSL making SDSL more appropriate for individuals who run their own server on site or would like to setup a secure VPN.
