• Create beta account with the client information and requested amount of IPs

• Assign to SM

• Provision the connection with the IP created in the client’s Beta account and VLAN/STAG#.

• Work with the provide and the client to make sure the connection is installed and tested

• Before finishing the ticket and assigning the ticket back to F/A,

  • Add the connection to CheckMK

  • Update the Special Note under the client's Beta account:
